Good to know
This is a truly traditional country residence. It was recently updated with modern touches in the kitchen and bathroom. There are tiled floors with an airy flowing feel to the home. There's a veranda and a laundry area with a washing machine but no dryer. There is an air conditioner in the bedrooms and a back patio.
Other Details to Note
There is a backup water tank on the roof in the event of water restrictions. There is an onsite gated carport for 1 car. The home can comfortably sleep 4 guests. Due to COVID-19 sanitization protocols, if your party is does not require use of both sleeping areas, I do reserve the right to secure those areas that are not deemed necessary for smaller groups. There is an increased cleaning fee to cover the cost of COVID-19 sanitization protocols. I do not allow unregistered overnight guests. Unfortunately, many guests who book this property make the decision to invite extra people to stay upon arrival. Please note that there is a penalty of US$75 per person per night for guests who violate this policy. Please declare all of the guests in your party at the time of booking. If your guest count changes, you can make that change on the airbnb platform very easily up until you actually check in.
