Good to know
The home is located in the centre of the Kingston corporate area. You can get to most city attractions within 20 minutes. Whether you want to hop down to the Bob Marley Museum, the downtown waterfront, Hope Gardens, Tuff Gong Studios, Devon House or any of the city's countless nightlife attractions. Devon House is directly across the street.
Other Details to Note
I do not allow unregistered overnight guests. Unfortunately, many guests who book this property make the decision to invite several extra people to stay once they arrive. Please note that there is a penalty of US$75 per person per night for guests who violate this policy. Please declare all of the guests in your party at the time of booking. If your guest count changes, you can make that change on the airbnb platform very easily up until you actually check in. If there are any questions about this policy, please reach out to me for clarification. This is my family home and not a hotel/motel. It means that I do not allow events/parties/gatherings/group dinners of any kind. If there is any doubt about what constitutes an event or party, please do not hesitate to contact me. There is no smoking of any kind in the apartment nor on the balcony. Violation of this house rule will result in discontinuation of your reservation. Please respect my family and this strict policy. Sadly, I’ve experienced an increased number of cases of unscrupulous inquiries for booking. I will only confirm bookings if your identity is verified with airbnb. Once you have booked, I will ask you to send an image of each of your guests passport ID pages via the airbnb platform, at least 5 days prior to check in. If you are unwilling or unable to satisfy this request, I can request that airbnb refund your booking fees in accordance with the airbnb cancellation policies so that you're not out of pocket. The strata for this complex is undertaking ongoing improvement projects so there may be sections of the property that are under construction during your stay.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Ask your friends and family. Abbey Court is likely the most central location you can get in Kingston. The property sits directly across the road from the famous Devon House as well as the YMCA. You can walk to the transportation hub that is Half Way Tree in less than 10 minutes. You will experience the warmth of Jamaican culture, and the hustle and bustle of the capital city.
Guest Access
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Guests have full access to the kitchen for the preparation of meals. There is WiFi throughout the apartment as well as cable tv (with local and international channels). Day time guests are permitted, but no unregistered overnight guests and no events or parties are to be held on the property.
