Located in Mountain Spring, overlooking the city of Kingston, this home is secure and ideal for large groups. There is a housekeeper available for cleaning (according to your desired schedule) available. This is an immaculate home with all the creature comforts you need on your trip. Good to know
The home is located in the suburbs of the Kingston corporate area. You can get to the heart of the city within 15 minutes. Whether you want to hop down to the Bob Marley Museum, the downtown waterfront, Castleton Gardens, Hope Gardens, Tuff Gong Studios, Devon House or any of the city's countless nightlife attractions. The property offers ample space for the business or leisure traveler. There are lovely gardens, quiet areas to read a book, relax on the veranda or listen to the birds chirp. Your room can be (optionally) cleaned by a wonderful and reliable housekeeper. Laundry can be done for an additional fee, in coordination with the housekeeper. Continental breakfast can be provided between the hours of 07:30 and 09:45 at an additional cost. Please let me know if you have any food restrictions. Special breakfast requests require 48 hours advance notice.
Other Details to Note
Please declare all of the guests in your party at the time of booking. If your guest count changes, you can make that change on the airbnb platform very easily up until you actually check in. If there are any questions about this policy, please reach out to me for clarification. There is no smoking of any kind in or around the property. This property sits on a large estate and can accommodate 9+ people comfortably. However, it is my family home and not a hotel/motel. Some of the spaces will have my clothes and other personal items. It also means that I do not allow events/parties/gatherings/group dinners of any kind. If there is any doubt about what constitutes an event or party, please do not hesitate to contact me. There is a staircase to access the guest suites on the various floors. This space may not be suitable for the elderly and is not suitable for children.

I live in a lovely and friendly neighborhood. You will see many neighbors getting their morning and/or evening exercise in the area. You will experience the warmth of Jamaican culture.
Guest Access
Each room has a full ensuite bathroom. Guests have access to the kitchen for the preparation of meals. There is WiFi throughout the house, as well as cable tv (with local and international channels). Day time guests are permitted, but no unregistered overnight guests and no events or parties are to be held on the property. Please note that because this is a family home, the main kitchen fridge is generally in use at all times.
